From what I've been able to get off PACER it looks like there was an award of damages for victim restitution and an order approving asset seizure and garnishment towards that end. Hard to say for sure though since most of the records in the case were sealed. (normal for this type of case)
My guess is that the servers have been red taped (or yanked entirely) at the co-lo facility and will probably be wiped and sold at auction. I'm glad I never kept any data on Eskimo that wasn't backed up elsewhere. (well, except for some TinyFugue scripts that I hadn't used or looked at in over a decade - no big loss)
