Looking for a website designer

Can anyone help me out here?

I've got a couple of website design projects that I'm in need of a website designer to produce for me. The first one is pretty short...just a revision of a website. The other one is longer...a complete redesign. There may be other projects later on as well...this could turn into a very lucrative part-time contract position.

What kind of website, how large? Shopping carts, forums, articles, etc.? Differences in scale would change who I would recommend. (If I even have someone for the type of project.)

Also - are you looking for a company with tons of experience and a 24/7 support line or "My friend Phil"?
