Suppose this was a new job for this guy and his previous job was driving a bunch of high school girls through an overpass that was too small for the height of the bus (but, hey!, the GPS SAID to take this route!)?
Actually, having to tell the driver's the route happens a little to often on our route (the 311). Can't understand why.
