Electronic fraud

Dear Mr. Frank Frank,
I know that you probably thought your little enterprise of U Web Template (http://www.u-webtemplate.com) was clever, that charging people's credit card $9.95 would be a small enough amount that most people would catch on. Instant income source, huh?
Except you illegally purchased (or hacked, I haven't figured out which) the credit card information of the wrong person. I check my credit card statements against my receipts *every month*. Further, this is a credit card I'm phasing out...yours was the only one on the statement. Kinda stood out, y'know.
And charging other people before you charged me wasn't really bright either...cause I found your URL from the posts other angry people made about you, frustrated people who, unlike me, didn't really know what to do other than cancel their account. Not like me.
I looked you up in WhoIS. Is that really your address at 554 Amosland Road, Morton, PA 19070? Cause the house looks kinda small in GoogleMap's Satellite feature. Can't tell if you live across the street from a mall or an industrial park.
And your phone number of (413) 294-0897...didn't you know that a simple call would have told anyone with an ounce of brain matter that it was a fax, that a simple search on AnyWho's site would have told anyone that it was located in Massachusetts?
WhoIS is great...tells me that your hosting site was Enom.com. I say "was" because I've already talked to them, and sent them all of the information I've accumulated to their fraud department. I'm sure you've noticed that as of today, your site no longer just doesn't resolve, it doesn't exist.
Oh, and I hope that address isn't your home...cause I've already reported you to the FBI's Cyber Crimes' division, the FTC's Identity Fraud division, cancelled my credit card account, and reported you to the local police.
You see, I don't like assholes like you.
And if that is your address, I know where you live.
(and if it isn't, the FBI soon will, as they have the ability to get the information from Enom.com, which, even if you are paying through a credit card, somewhere down the line, your address has to be attached.)
